We manufactured a simple mold in-house. The tolerance of Φ16.24+0.05-0 is challenging, and the shaft measuring 390L×Φ6 falls into the category of being elongated. Achieving the perfect hardness of 55 degrees! We are continuously researching to keep the rubber hardness within ±2 degrees!

Here is an example of the production of a "male downward feeding roller." Due to the urethane rubber hardness of 55 degrees, we aimed for that hardness and carried out urethane rubber casting. Achieving a urethane rubber formulation that targets 55 degrees is quite challenging, but with our experience in liquid casting urethane rubber, we were able to precisely achieve the desired hardness of 55 degrees while considering the isocyanate of the urethane rubber raw materials.
